Substantial plants with hybrid vigor reach 18–24 inches tall and wide. Gray-green foliage is also larger, held on rose-colored stems, and at times can have reddish edges. Large five to six-inch flower heads of deep pink and magenta stand out from the crowd. Fall color of chartreuse and pink foliage, too. Resistant to Rhizoctonia. Full sun to light shade; well-drained soil is best.
