These plants were selected for better vigor and cleaner, glossy, less disease-prone foliage that emerges chocolate red/purple. Plants get around 18 inches tall and not quite as wide. Flowers are light pink with wine red colored spots beginning in June. They like full sun to light shade, and dry to well-drained average soil. The brown seedheads last throughout winter, too.
