Solidago
'Sugar Kisses'
hybrida
PP#34,747
A hybrid of a white upland species and a moist-loving gold species yielding vigorous, adaptable plants. Basal clumps of half-inch wide, clean, strap-like foliage make a nice backdrop. Woody-like stems bolt in summer, starting with lime-yellow buds in clusters. Typically white flowers have creamy yellow centers. Works well as a cut flower in bud and in flower, lasting a week or more. Tolerates average to most any soil. Great with asters and low grasses.
